The Office of the Registrar administers student admission and enrollment records, safeguards academic records, issues official school documents, and coordinates records-related requirements with the College and external agencies.

Functions
The Registrar administers records, academic requirements, and institutional coordination in accordance with governmental and College regulations.
Student records and academic progression
Administer official records throughout the student academic journey.
Enforce governmental and institutional regulations concerning student records, admission criteria, enrollment processes, crediting and transfers, promotions, course load and sequence, and graduation requirements.
Maintain the integrity, availability, and appropriate communication of academic records and related institutional information.
Academic policy and calendar support
Support the College in communicating and applying academic requirements.
Assist with the academic calendar, bulletins, catalogs, brochures, and other records-related communications.
Contribute to curricular-program review and disseminate new academic policies and requirements to concerned stakeholders.
Institutional coordination
Coordinate records and reporting responsibilities within and beyond the College.
Coordinate with public and private schools, colleges, universities, government agencies, and other authorized institutions on records-related matters.
Serve as the College liaison for applicable governmental records requirements unless another office is formally designated.

The Student Kiosk provides students with direct access to selected academic-record information while connected to the campus network.

Student records process
Student Clearance
Complete each institutional clearance before the Registrar performs the final records verification.

Obtain the clearance form
Secure the Student Clearance form through the Student Affairs Office.

Complete the required clearances
Obtain clearance from Student Affairs, the Library, the Dean of the degree program, Accounting, and the Registrar.

Complete Registrar verification
Present the completed clearance to the Registrar and confirm that grades have been acknowledged in the Student Kiosk with no unresolved concern.
CHED service
E-CAV
CHED’s E-CAV system supports the electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification of academic records. CPC authenticates the required school records before the applicant proceeds through the CHED process.
