Enrollment Procedure
The official five-step enrollment flow for new and continuing Cordova Public College students.

Official Enrollment Flow
Requirements differ for new students, regular continuing students, and irregular continuing students. Follow the guidance for your student category at each step.

Screening Committee
Present the appropriate records for screening and secure the enrollment form for approval or academic advice.
New Students
Present admission requirements. Approved applicants receive a preprinted or blank enrollment form; applicants who need assistance are referred to the Dean.
Continuing Students — Regular
Present the previous-term clearance and evaluation. Approved students receive a preprinted enrollment form; concerns are referred to the Dean.
Continuing Students — Irregular
Present the previous-term clearance and evaluation. Approved students receive a blank enrollment form for manual scheduling; concerns are referred to the Dean.

Guidance
Complete the applicable Guidance enrollment requirements.
New Students
Present the enrollment form and complete Guidance Form 1.
Continuing Students
Present the clearance and enrollment form.

Clinic
Complete the applicable health-record step through the College Clinic.
New Students
Present the enrollment form and Student Physical Assessment form, then complete the medical examination.
Continuing Students
Present the clearance and enrollment form.

Accounting and Registrar
Complete the Accounting step, then submit the signed enrollment form and applicable records to the Registrar for official registration.
New Students
Submit the required documents and signed enrollment form. The Registrar assigns the Student ID Number.
Continuing Students
Submit the clearance and signed enrollment form.

ID Processing for New Students
New students proceed to the designated photographer for Student ID processing after completing registration.
New Students Only
Have the official Student ID photograph taken by the designated photographer.
Requirements and procedures may be updated by the College. Applicants are advised to confirm current requirements with the Registrar or Admissions Office.
