Student Affairs and Services supports the academic-support experiences and holistic development of CPC students through welfare, development, and institutional programs.

Vision

We envision becoming a center of quality student-personnel services supportive of the co-curricular and extra-curricular needs of all students of Cordova Public College.

Mission

Promote the full development of students’ growth, potential, talents, creativity, and leadership capabilities through SAS programs, services, and activities.

Goals

  1. 1Assist students in making informed career and life choices by understanding their capabilities, potential, and interests.
  2. 2Provide students opportunities to become leaders and agents of change through recognized and accredited student organizations.
  3. 3Strengthen and develop desirable values of spirituality, love, and service to God, country, and fellowmen.
  4. 4Develop student appreciation of local culture and heritage through cultural activities and linkages with the local government of Cordova.
  5. 5Provide activities for the wise use of leisure time and the development of sportsmanship, personality, and socio-cultural growth.
